Shaping Stories. Igniting Conversations.

Your business deserves our personalized approach.

Jive started out as a virtual office with two champagne-loving partners whose common thread was to shake-up the PR industry. Armed only with ambitious minds, a laptop, and cell phone they set a course to make that happen. Years later, we’re now a team of account managers, copywriters, media specialists, and digital marketing strategists known for our vivid media campaigns, sharp social media strategies, and fluid influencer engagement tactics. We’re your second family.

Services

As cross-media communicators, we firmly believe in the fundamentals of traditional media relations, while simultaneously bringing our clients into the right digital and social media conversations.

Part art, part science. These services are some of the many ways we do that.

Digital and Social Media Marketing

Strategy Development: We are social media marketing pioneers who identify the social media channels you should focus on and build a strategy for each whether it’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, or other social media networks.

Day-to-Day Execution: A Jive team member can take care of that for you. We’ve got the mad skills required to replicate your brand voice (or help you find one), craft messages and content, schedule at the perfect time, and connect with your audience.

Social Media Training: Already have a social media manager on your team? Then you might prefer to develop your posts-in house and we’ll provide the training. We’ll show you our ninja tricks!

Monitoring: We monitor your social media channels so that you have piece of mind should a question need answering, we find something askew, or an unfortunate crisis hits. Depending on your needs, we’ll either advise you on an appropriate response or act on it right away.

Analytics: We created a proprietary measurement tool fueled to track your KPIs a.k.a. Key Peformance Indicators based on your existing social media community and customized industry-specific engagement. In layman’s terms, we determine the appropriate mix of metrics (number of hits, click-throughs, web traffic, etc.) – so when you walk into that big meeting, you have the numbers to back you up.

Influencer Engagement

Imagine two people riding a tandem bicycle. Got it? Influencer Engagement complements Social Media Marketing by starting conversations with people online who have a lot of clout and can talk about your brand. There’s nothing better than a third-party endorsement, right? Jive reaches out to these influencers to get your story, product, or service in front of your audience.

Media Relations

Strategy Development: Before we plunge into pitching your story, product, or service, we sit together with you to define your objectives, brainstorm ideas, and establish key messages. Then, we take these concepts to our workshop and engineer a public relations plan that reinforces your brand’s intentions.

Digital and Traditional Media: Understanding that it’s the digital age and not the Jurassic age, we not only pitch print, radio and TV media, but we also capitalize on bloggers and influencers to spread your message.

Personalization: We don’t believe in mass distribution; otherwise, you could have done it yourself. We use a personalized approach – taking the time to build relationships with journalists who are most likely to cover your story, product, or service. Unfortunately, a sports reporter doesn’t want to hear about the latest fashion trends.

Digital Ad Buys

When we set up Facebook or Twitter ad buys, we make sure to ask you critical points:

  • Who is your audience, and how do they translate online?
  • What are your business objectives?
  • How do your business objectives translate to digital objectives?
  • Where does social media fit into your sales funnel?

Then we break down your audience into small groups of users and create multiple images and messages tailored for smaller audiences called A/B or split testing and hyper-targeting. We monitor, and with deep metrics guiding us, we hone in on the top performing posts or ads, bringing you the best ROI for the lowest cost per click.

Demographic Outreach

Instead of reaching out to media, demographic outreach is the exact opposite. In a nutshell, we get in front of the people you want to speak to in a more personalized way. We find individuals and organizations that are relevant to your audience, pick up the phone, and connect with them on a personal level to share your message via organizational newsletters or mailing lists.

Branded Content & Video

We look at your overall business objectives and build out creative assets using your brand associations. Branded content has been proven 90% useful to consumers and provides the additional benefits of:

  • Enhanced online brand stories
  • Shareable content on traditional media platforms
  • Multi-channel integration across your website, blog, and social media channels
  • Greater brand association to your company, products, or services

Branded Content: After analyzing your overall PR and social media strategy, we brainstorm the assets that will give you the most punch for your campaign. We manage the entire development process from creative concept to execution.

Branded Video: Branded video shares a deeper tale of your company or campaign. We develop the inspiration behind the lens, whether it’s a behind-the-scenes look or an April Fool’s joke. Again, we manage the full production process, so that all you have to do is press play.

Experiential Events

Do you have a great brand, product, or service that you find difficult to convey to your audience? Experiential Events lift the veil of confusion by getting your message to media, influencers and customers as they get a chance to interact with your company, hear your story, and eventually champion your brand.

Marketing Collateral: We assist in generating creative ideas and developing marketing collateral, such as branded materials to help appropriately deliver and convey your message.

Event Production

We specialize in full service and day-of event production. We have great relationships with suppliers to deliver the look and feel you expect. Complemented with public relations strategies, we help attract attendees including your demographic audience, media and influencers to ensure you have a highly sought-after and successful event.

Who We Are

Our people drive our reputation. We're a mixture of pun-loving, travel-enthusiastic, overachievers. Discover more of our Jiver quirks below.
